What do you charge for your services?
At Media Frenzy we currently provide individual quotes for each job. Please contact us at info@mediafrenzyonline.com to ask about a particular service and price.
What’s your turnaround time?
Depending on the scope of your project, it can take anywhere from one week to one month to present you with an initial draft. Once you receive the first draft, and get back to us with edits or changes, you can usually expect a finished product within two weeks or less. Rush service is available for an additional fee.
When do you expect payment for services?
Once an initial quote is given and accepted by a client (via email contract), payment for creative writing services is usually expected before any work commences. In some instances, a 50% deposit is accepted prior to starting a job, and the remainder is due before the job is delivered.
If a client is hiring Media Frenzy for ongoing public relations/marketing work, a monthly retainer fee will be set, with payment due at the agreed upon date each month. Details will be outlined in contract form.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover are all accepted via Paypal online. Checks and money orders are also accepted forms of payment.
Will I be able to make changes and edit the material?
Every writing “tool” we produce includes one-to-two sets of proofs, depending on the exact nature of the tool.
If I already have a company logo, can you incorporate it into whatever materials you create for me?
Absolutely. You’ll need to send us your logo in a jpg or eps format, and we’ll be able to use it in anything we create for you.
How do you deliver written materials once they are completed?
All proofs and final copies will be sent via e-mail, in your choice of a word document, pdf or jpg format (when appropriate). If an e-mail address is not available then material can be sent by fax or mail.
